We make it simple...
  		• Click on Product List or Pick Your Lenses to find your contact lens type. Find your contact lens and click.
  		• Fill out Rx information which you can find on your doctors prescription or on the end flap of your contact lens boxes. Click Add to Cart and review your order, then click Checkout.
  		• New Customers: Click on Register and follow prompts to fill out the Registration Form then click Register.
    Existing Customers: Fill in User Name and Password then click Sign In. Review billing and shipping information then click Continue.
  		• Choose Shipping Method and complete Payment Information then click Process Order.
  		• Review the Confirmation Page then click Confirm Order.
    A confirmation email will be sent to you with your assigned order number. This completes your transaction. Please use this number when referencing your account.

    Processing time
    1.800.ANY.LENS prides itself on the speed in which orders are processed and shipped, usually on the same day they are ordered.
     

    Payment information
    1.800.ANY.LENS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card along with personal checks and money orders (U.S. funds only). If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, please call a customer service representative at 1.800.ANY.LENS (269-5367) to place your order. Personal checks may be held up to 10 business days for funds clearance.

    Once you have created an account, by making a purchase, you will be able to access that information with just a click. "My Account" is where your order history is kept, along with your contact lens prescriptions and eye care practitioner information. You can update "My Account" at any time, which will enable you to place orders faster in the future.
     

    Special order lenses
    Certain toric lenses are custom made to your eye care practitioner's specifications and will take additional time to fabricate. Please be aware that these types of lenses can take up to 14 additional days, so you might want to order a spare set so that you are never without a back-up pair.

    If your lens is not listed, please contact us by email at customercare@1800anylens.com or call our customer service department at 1.800.ANY.LENS (269-5367). They will be happy to assist you.
