How do I create an account?

To create a user account for 1800AnyLens, simply click on the "My Account" link in the upper right hand corner on the website. Under "Create Account", please fill in your first name, last name, email address, password of your choice and then click "Sign Up".

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on "My Account" and then click on "Edit Password". The system will ask you for your current password and a new password. Once all the appropriate information has been entered, please hit the "Save" button. A confirmation email will be sent you to confirm the change.

Rx Questions
Do I need an Rx to order contact lenses?

Yes, for your safety, the FTC has created regulations around ordering contact lenses online. For more information please click here to view the FTC Information.

If you do not have a copy of your prescription you can still order your contact lenses. Your contact lens box contains the brand name along with your prescription information necessary to complete your order.

You will also be able to find your eye doctor in our database so that we can verify your prescription. If you cannot locate your box, please feel free to contact one of our Customer Care Specialists at 1-833-4-Anylens (1-833-426-9536) and they will be more than happy to contact your doctor directly to ensure that your prescription is filled properly.

What if I don’t have a copy of my Rx?

You can still order your contact lenses even if you do not have a copy of your prescription. Your contact lens box contains the brand name along with your prescription information necessary to complete your order.

You will also be able to find your eye doctor in our database so that we can verify your prescription. What are my rights to an Rx from my doctor?

As a patient, you are entitled to a copy of your contact lens prescription.

The Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act increases consumers' ability to shop around when buying contact lenses. The Act gives consumers certain rights, imposes duties on contact lens prescribers and sellers, and requires the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to develop and enforce implementing rules. The FTC issued the Contact Lens Rule in July 2004 to spell out the Act's requirements.

The Contact Lens Rule requires prescribers to give patients a copy of their contact lens prescriptions at the end of a contact lens fitting, even if the patient doesn't ask for it. A patient who wants to buy contact lenses from another seller may then give the prescription to that seller to purchase contact lenses.

How do I check the status of an order?

To check the status of your 1800AnyLens order, simply click on the "My Account" link in the upper right hand corner of the website and log in using your email address and password. You will be taken to the My Account screen where you can view the status of your current and past orders.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

If we need to verify your prescription, it can take up to 48 hours to ship your order. If you have a copy of your prescription, you can upload it at the time of order.

You can also send in a scanned copy of an Rx to rx@1800anylens.com or fax it to 1-855-211-9360 after you place your order so that we can ship it faster. Please remember to include your name and order number when you email or fax your prescription.

Where can I print a copy of my invoice?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing all of the details of your transaction, which you can print as an invoice for your records. You can also log into "My Account" and click on "Details" of past orders to print a receipt.

What is ID.me?

ID.me is the first digital verification network that allows you to prove your group affiliationa while you are online so you can access exclusive benifits. Your ID.me consists of the unique e-mail and password combination that you chose while registering. Once you verify your group affiliations, you will attach credentials to your ID.me account so you can use your unique e-mail and password logon to access exclusive benefits at any participating ID.me site, like 1800AnyLens.

What is Troop ID?

Troop ID is a credential issued by ID.me that allows verified members of the military community (e.g. Active Duty, Veterans, Retirees, Military Spouses, and Military Family Members) to access programs intended exclusively for members of the military community.

How do I use my ID.me to claim discounts?

How is my information used?

ID.me operates on the foundational principle that our members control their own information. ID.me does not share, sell or rent your information to third parties. Individual information is only released to partner sites with our member's explicit permission. The first time you access a benefit program on a participating site, ID.me will inform you that the application is requesting certain fields of information about you. ID.me limits information fields associated with a partner request to the fields that are directly associated with a legitimate partner need to establish eligibility. Do you accept vision insurance?

If you have vision insurance and are eligible for an Out-Of-Network contact lens benefit, you can submit your itemized receipt from 1800AnyLens to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursements are typically based on eligibility and coverage limits of your vision insurance plan.

Returns and Refunds
How do I submit a return?

We want you to be satisfied. If you need to return your order for any reason, just make sure it's within 60 days of purchase. All we ask is that the items are not used or expired and in the original packaging and same condition you received it. Simply follow the Returns Procedure below.

Before returning items, please contact Customer Care by email at customercare@1800anylens.com or phone at 1-833-4-Anylens (1-833-426-9536). Customer Care will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with an address label via email or mail.

Inside the box (no envelopes – contacts need to be protected when shipped to avoid damage), please include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), order number, address, phone number, the reason for the return if you would like a refund or exchange.

Items may be returned within 60 days of purchase provided they are unopened, undamaged, the boxed is not written on and in original condition. Such returns will receive credit in full, excluding any shipping charges. Sorry, our manufacturers will not allow us to return opened boxes and vials, so we do not accept them.

Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
